by Dr. Brent Anderson
Principles of Movement is designed to facilitate problem solving and movement enhancement through a deeper understanding of universal movement principles. Principles of Movement provides students and practitioners alike with a framework to evaluate, facilitate, and optimize the quality of movement.
“This book reflects one clinician scholar’s work devoted to help movement educators to access our awareness of that place inside our patients that has never been wounded and bring it forward to assist in the return to pain-free, integrated movement grounded in pure joy.”
